Rates
Everything is on this page. There is no hourly overrun, no charge per ball, and no commission riding on which component ends up on your build slip. If a session runs long because a category will not settle, that is our problem and not an invoice line.

Five Things Worth Knowing Before You Book
-
The session fee comes off a build
Order clubs from us within ninety days and the fee is credited against the invoice in full. Order elsewhere and you keep the paperwork anyway. That is the whole arrangement.
-
Components are quoted before anything is ordered
You see the head price, the shaft price, the grip price and the labour separately. Nothing is rolled into a single figure that hides where the money went.
-
No fitter here is paid on what you buy
Compensation is not tied to component sales in any form. It is the only structure that makes “keep the head you own” a sentence we can afford to say.
-
Overruns are ours
If ninety minutes turns into a hundred and ten because your six iron needed a fourth candidate, you pay for ninety. We do not bill the difference.
-
Cancellations inside twenty-four hours
Half the session fee, waived once. Bays are not double-booked, so a late cancellation is a slot nobody else could take.
| Bay session | $150 |
|---|---|
| Session credited against build | −$150 |
| Shafts, eight | At cost plus markup |
| Grips, eight | At cost plus markup |
| Reshaft labour, eight | $256 |
| Post-build gauge check | Included |
Junior and student rates
Under seventeen, and any University of Oregon student with an ID, books at the junior rate. Junior sessions focus almost entirely on length and shaft weight, because those are the two things that genuinely limit a growing player.
