A day's notice and there is no charge. Inside twenty-four hours it is half the session fee, waived the first time, because a late cancellation is a slot nobody else could take.

Hold a Bay
Send the form and a real person reads it, not a scheduling widget. We reply with two or three openings that actually exist on the sheet, the name of the fitter, and the rate for the session you asked about. Nothing is charged until you confirm a time.

Four Things That Make the Reply Faster

Name the club, not the symptom category
“My driver goes right” or “my six iron and my hybrid go the same distance” tells June exactly which bench to book. You do not need a diagnosis, just what you have noticed.

Say which half of the year you play more
A golfer who plays mostly November through March gets fitted differently from one who plays mostly in July. Mention it in the notes and the session starts already pointed the right way.

Bring every club you actually play
Not the newest one, all of them, including the one you never hit. Your current set is the baseline the whole session is measured against.

Wear golf shoes on the day
The bay floor is turf, not carpet. Street shoes change your low point enough to matter on a lie reading.

Bringing Someone Along
Spouses, playing partners and curious kids are welcome. There is a bench along the wall of every bay. We only ask that phones stay on silent during a recorded block.
Driving in From Out of Town
Mention it in the notes. If you are coming from Corvallis, Albany or the coast we will try to pair your slot with build bench time so a same-day regrip or bend does not need a second trip.
